A few simple questions you might have

Flat rate $15 in Canada and Continental US. Outside Canada and Continental US, please contact us for a quote.

No! All our products are non-taxable as they are used in the wheelchair market.

This is a question we are asked frequently, so we put together a shipping policy  here and you can track your order here.

Tracking will be available as soon as your order is expedited. We will send you an email with tracking info when your order leaves our warehouse. Please reach out if you have not received tracking information.

If you need to makes changes to your order you will need to contact us within 12hrs of placing the order.
We can Change:
– Your delivery details, your name, your email, your phone number.
Cancellations
– You must contact us within 12 hours.
– We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped.

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our carriers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrive damaged due to service mistreatment. If this happens to you, please reach out within 48 hours of reception of your package with the following information, for us to be able to settle an agreement with the expeditor:

– Your order number
– A picture of the damaged product and packaging

Once received, we will be happy to work with you to get your product replaced.
